# Return & Replacement Policy

At THE TRUEMARKET, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

## 1. Return / Replacement Eligibility

We offer return or replacement only under the following conditions:

* The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery
* The wrong product has been delivered

To be eligible:

* You must raise a request within **48 hours of delivery**
* You must provide **clear photos and an unboxing video** as proof

## 2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do NOT accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

* Change of mind after delivery
* Product has been used or damaged by the customer
* Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
* No proper proof (images/video) provided

## 3. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement:

1. Go to our **Return / Replacement page**
2. Enter your **Order ID and registered phone number**
3. Select the reason for return
4. Upload required images/video
5. Submit your request

Our team will review your request within **24–48 hours**

## 4. Approval & Pickup

* If your request is approved, we will arrange a **reverse pickup** from your address
* Please ensure the product is packed properly

## 5. Replacement / Refund

* Once the returned product is received and verified, we will:

  * Ship a replacement product, OR
  * Process a refund (if applicable)

* Refunds (if any) will be processed within **5–7 business days**

## 6. Important Notes

* Returns without **unboxing video proof** may not be accepted
* The product must be unused and in original packaging
* Our decision will be final in case of disputes
